Aaron Williams Columbus, OH Death, Shooting Victim Found Dead in South Columbus on Saturday Morning
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in south Columbus on Saturday morning, May 25.
Officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Lockbourne Road at 8:51 a.m. after a caller discovered an unresponsive male victim. The Columbus Division of Police pronounced the victim dead at the scene at 8:55 a.m.
Authorities have identified the deceased as 24-year-old Aaron Handz Williams. The circumstances leading to the shooting remain unclear. Police stated they do not know when the shooting occurred and have not determined a motive.
As of Saturday, detectives reported no suspect information is available. The investigation is ongoing, with police canvassing the area for evidence and witnesses.
